I have never met a more capable, loving tree artist! Trimming is more than hacking and slashing and Renee is an expert artist in tree trimming! I am grateful for her commitment to the environment!

Yes, Renee did a beautiful on our tree. She was careful to take care of the natural shape of our tree and not hack it up. She showed up on time and worked very hard. I would hire her again in a second!

I had a problem with a big Douglas Fir tree. This tree grew up crooked and it adjusted itself twice, judging from the bends in its trunk: this year we reached out the Tree Fairy Company. They replied within the hour and came up to asses the problem withing a couple of hours of calling them. I had worked with them on brush clearance a couple of years ago, and was satisfied with their work. After the problem, I was given a quote which was fair and competitive. I agreed to the price and the details of the work to be done. The day of the tree removal, all the work was done very professionally and carefully as the the tree was near our restaurant and public restrooms. The tree was cut piece by piece. The cleaning and chipping of branches was done very satisfactorily as well. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future. They were able to remove my dead trees and brush piles within a couple days of when I contacted them. They called the day before to confirm and were at the job site on time . They have the right equipment for the job and very good workers. They are licensed and insured and Renee is an arborist. I have used others companies in the past but will only use The Tree Fairy from now on.

We have a cabin on federal land and have specific requirements to obtain/keep our permit. We were overwhelmed by the amount of work, and I'd seen The Tree Fairy ads on Facebook page for Mt. Laguna, so we contacted them. We met Renee up at our cabin to go over what we needed done, and set a date for clean-up. Renee and three workers came up with saws, ropes, chipper, splitter and went to work on three dead trees, overhanging branches, and a "widow maker". We had them come back 10 days later to do a full on brush cleaning. I can't imagine doing the amount of work they did, and we will be calling them again for future needs. Professional, hard workers, cleaned up well. Great experience.

Renee and her crew did an amazing job at our cabin in the Cleveland National Forest. The USFS has specific guidelines for brush clearing and tree trimming and The Tree Fairy made it all easy -- they knew exactly what to do and did a great job thinning and shaping without making things look "naked." I also appreciate the day-rate pricing. They worked a full day and I will hire them again next year.

Renee and crew did a terrific job quickly and efficiently removing a 2-story oak tree & pruning out multiple branches from other trees. They also pruned down my citrus trees and fertilized them and even weed-whacked the orchard area. They did an excellent job of clean-up. They were professional and priced fairly for the services.

We had some really tough Eucalyptus trees to trim and they were a scary nightmare to climb. But they persevered and came through! I think all told, there were 15/16 trees (?) to cut down/trim - and we still have lots more! We made the mistake of hiring a horrible tree service before this (TreeCo- do not use) and they butchered our gorgeous Pine. Professionalism, integrity and hard work are what set this company apart from the rest. Very fair pricing too. We will use The Tree Keeper/Roman's Tree Service from now on. Highly recommend!! I hired the Tree Fairy to do major tree trimming on my 5-acre property with more than 50 trees. I had several pines with large branches smothering my citrus trees, laying on the chicken coop, covering the foot path around the pond and even laying in the water. They came in with essential equipment: chain saws, a brand new Ford 550 4X4 truck, and a chipper. They quoted a competitive daily rate, and were flexible with scheduling around weather and my preferences. They also cleared the neighbor’s branches obstructing my access road. This contractor works hard, is dependable, and safe. Most of all, they listen to the customer, and will customize the work scope as directed. I am very pleased with how they restored the use of my property.

Contacted the Tree Fairy to come out and trim 11 trees at my house in Ramona. She came over later that day and gave me a quote and a week later she came and did the work. Showed up on time, worked with me to figure out what I wanted, did a great job of pruning my trees from looking like overgrown shrubs back to trees, and cleaned up and hauled away all the trimmings! A few months ago we had the pleasure of meeting the team from The Tree Fairy. We needed 10 fruit trees and a large almond tree cut down to reasonable height and shaped to grow well in the future. The weather made both of us reschedule a couple times but we preservered and we are so happy that we did. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. My trees have never looked so good. All of my trees are now at a height that is manageable for me and all of the debris was cleaned up and hauled away. We are so happy and grateful for a job well done. We were so relieved to have a highly knowledgeable and skilled crew to work on tree services around our property. Renee, and the whole team that worked incredibly hard on our sloped terrain, not only made sure to leave root systems in place to protect against erosion, but they trimmed so beautifully that it doesn't look like a huge dead space. They artfully sculpted and kept everything looking beautiful and green while removing dead weed overgrowth. They didn't flinch over the heat wave either! They arrived just when they said they would every day and were so friendly, professional, and true to their word with all details. They know and respect the native plants which we really appreciated while still giving us the fire protection we desperately need as well. We will hire again for all future projects for sure.
